We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as Business Analyst for
General Insurance Processes.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the internal business team (SP,UW, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
- Strong hands on with requirements elicitation and System solution designing.
- Define the customer journey.
- Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.
- Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.
- Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development
- General Insurance experience is a must
Job Requirement/Skills:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in General insurance
- Strong knowledge of end to end insurance process/product life cycle.
- Hands on experience with SQL and API Integration.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Managerial skill can be considered
