Role Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions across agrochemical operations. Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead requirement gathering and user story development in collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA teams
- Drive the end-to-end process of defining, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Guide development teams in designing and delivering solutions aligned with agrochemical business processes
- Conduct in-depth analysis and propose data-driven solutions to enhance product offerings and user experience
- Define and document user stories, including behavior-driven development (BDD) scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve product capabilities and business processes
- Manage and prfioritize the product backlog, ensuring smooth execution of product roadmaps
- Ensure quality control through peer reviews, deliverable sign-offs, and adherence to best practices
- Lead functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and customer expectations
- Provide support during product releases and ensure seamless transition of changes to end users
Qualifications
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a product or technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to take ownership of product delivery, driving execution from concept to completion
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar frameworks) with cross-functional teams
- Experience in user experience (UX), user story mapping, and requirement documentation
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and integration environments
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
