The Role:As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the strategy and expansion team to support high-potential founders in their international growth journeys. You will contribute to market research, ecosystem mapping, founder assessments, and strategic analysis across global markets while also becoming part of the core team supporting DG tech launches.
What You'll Do:- Conduct deep market research across international geographies and sectors
- Support founder assessment and selection processes
- Assist in preparing research reports, expansion insights, and strategic recommendations
- Track start-up ecosystems, funding trends, and venture activity across markets
- Build and maintain databases of investors, accelerators, ecosystem partners, and trade bodies
- Support internal strategy, operations, and special projects across global initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams on ecosystem building and expansion-related projects
You Are Someone Who:- Has 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, research, consulting, start-ups, venture ecosystems, or related fields
- Has strong analytical and research capabilities
- Is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with large sets of information
- Has strong written communication and presentation skills
- Is curious about global markets, innovation, start-ups, and cross-border business
- Is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers):- Prior experience in a start-up, consulting firm, accelerator, research role, or venture ecosystem
- Exposure to market research, business intelligence, or founder ecosystems
- Familiarity with international markets and emerging business trends
