Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis, identifying and documenting business requirements, and facilitating improvements in business processes. They will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Daily tasks will also involve gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to assess data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
- Understanding of Business Processes and ability to effectively document and improve them.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Experience in eliciting and documenting Business Requirements with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as CBAP or PMP, are a plus.
