Job details:
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive business requirement documents for the Business team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Proven experience working in the Banking domain.
- In-depth understanding of one or more banking software applications, such as retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, payments, cards, loans, etc. (desirable).
- Experience working in a banking software product company or a bank.
- Proficiency in working with databases, writing queries, and performing data analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with various internal teams and customer teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
