Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong retail and B2B business process
understanding to bridge business operations, IT systems, and external technology vendors.
Industry Preference:
Retail / Consumer Electronics / Omni-channel Retail / Apple Authorized Partner Ecosystem
Technical Stack: Proficiency with SAP ERP, Retail POS systems, and a conceptual understanding of API architecture, Reporting & analytics understanding, Data mapping
Documentation: Experience creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), User
Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams
Tools: Figma, Jira, Draw.io / Lucidchart, Postman
