Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Gurugram. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include evaluating existing business processes, facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams, and generating actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to evaluate and optimize workflows and operations.
- Experience in defining and documenting Business Requirements to drive projects and ensure successful implementations.
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Additional knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in customer engagement, technology platforms, or related industries is advantageous.
