🚀 Hiring Alert – Business Analyst | Mumbai
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai.
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🏢 Industry Preference: Insurance / BFSI
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows & functional documents
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA & infrastructure teams
• Support API integrations, payment systems & third-party platforms
• Assist in UAT testing, issue resolution & process optimization
• Work on dashboards, reports & project documentation
✅ Skills Required:
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication & stakeholder management
• Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
• Exposure to APIs, databases, digital platforms & online processes
• Knowledge of Insurance/BFSI domain preferred
⭐ Preferred:
• Exposure to payment ecosystems & reconciliation
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, networking & IT infrastructure
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
