This role sits at the intersection of business needs and execution. You’ll be responsible for breaking down complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring decisions are backed by data and clear logic—not assumptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business problems into structured solutions and actionable insights
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive execution
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed documentation—BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases
- Support product and project teams in prioritization and decision-making
- Monitor key metrics and track the impact of implemented solutions
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of business processes and project lifecycles
