A Business Analyst is not just gathering requirements—they’re shaping clarity. This role sits between business intent and execution, ensuring that what gets built actually solves the right problem. You’ll break down ambiguity, structure thinking, and enable teams to move with direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Translate vague ideas into clear, structured requirements
- Documentation & Clarity
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Ensure documentation is actionable—not just descriptive
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
- Align expectations and ensure everyone is working towards the same outcome
- Process Mapping & Improvement
- Analyze current processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements that drive measurable impact
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Use data to validate assumptions and support decision-making
- Track key metrics and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with development teams during implementation
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout support
- Change Management
- Ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems
- Support training and communication where required
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product / Consulting roles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
