Business Analyst responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear and actionable solutions. Role focuses on working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to improve processes, support data-driven decisions, and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed documentation
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to support solution development
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and performance indicators
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor project outcomes and recommend improvements based on data insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience creating business requirement documents and process documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis
- Understanding of project management or agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
