We’re looking for a Business Analyst who doesn’t just document requirements, but actually understands the business behind them. This role is about asking the right questions, connecting dots across teams, and bringing clarity where things are still evolving.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to translate real business needs into structured, actionable insights that drive execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements across functions
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in existing processes
- Use data to support decisions and track impact of changes
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and ensure clarity in expectations
- Support project execution by ensuring requirements are well understood and delivered
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear, structured outputs
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems
- Comfort working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
