What You’ll Own
- Work closely with business, product, and tech teams to understand requirements end-to-end
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation
- Break down complex problems into structured, executable components
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks early in the process
- Drive requirement discussions, stakeholder alignment, and solution clarity
- Support product and tech teams during development and implementation cycles
- Track progress, validate outputs, and ensure requirements are met as intended
- Use data and insights to support decision-making where needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complexity
- Clear communication — you can hold conversations across business and tech teams
- Ability to challenge assumptions without overcomplicating discussions
- Hands-on experience with documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
