We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong accounting background to analyze financial processes, gather requirements, and support implementation and enhancement of accounting and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounting and finance workflows and identify improvement areas
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, and IT teams
- Support accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Taxation)
- Validate reports, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Support UAT, issue tracking, and user training
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP / accounting systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
