Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Support testing and validation of solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with requirement gathering tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain experience in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce
- Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
