Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Noida. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Daily responsibilities include creating detailed reports, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions. The role also involves ensuring seamless communication between business units and technical teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills to evaluate data and identify trends
- Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
