Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join our on-site team in Noida. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying opportunities for operational optimization. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-departmental teams to support business objectives and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to define and optimize workflows
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and insights clearly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Competency in data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus
- Prior experience in retail or consumer goods industries is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
