What Youâll Do
As a Calypso BA you will be the bridge between business users and IT, responsible for the full lifecycle of backâoffice and settlement applications:
- Lead endâtoâend projects on Bonds, Repos, Securities Lending & MoneyâMarket products â from inception, requirement gathering, design, UAT to delivery.
- Provide Levelâ3 production support â investigate and resolve issues that cannot be fixed by Levelâ1/2 teams.
- Analyze & document business and user requirements; produce BRDs, functional specifications, flowâcharts, and rootâcause analyses.
- Design costâefficient solutions and validate them with stakeholders.
- Coordinate dependencies across IT, operations, risk, and external partners.
- Create and execute test plans, organize UAT phases, train endâusers and deliver comprehensive user guides.
- Identify process risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Maintain dataâflow knowledge â static data, trade data, market data, trade capture, workflow creation, SDI & message flows.
