Position Overview
We’re lookingfor skilled Business ProcessModelers / BusinessAnalysts with hands-on experience in BPMN and/or DMN.
In this role, you’llwork on understanding, designing, and improving businessprocesses and decisionlogic using structured modelling techniques. If you enjoy breaking down complex workflows and turning them into clear, well-defined models, this role will be a great fit.
We also welcome seniorprofessionals who bring deeper expertiseand experience in leading processimprovement and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build clear and accurate BPMN 2.0 processmodels, including pools, lanes, gateways,events, and sub- processes
- Design DMN decisionmodels such as decision tables,DRDs, and FEEL expressions
- Apply CMMN forflexible, case-based processeswhere workflows are not predefined
- Develop and maintain capability maps to align business needs with IT strategy
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate,and structure requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and perform gap analysisto define improvedfuture-state models
- Ensure all models are well-documented, consistent, and maintained in a sharedrepository
- Maintain modelling standards and ensure qualityacross all processand decision artefacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supportautomation and transformation initiatives
- Guide and mentor junioranalysts on modelling techniques, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Around 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strongfocus on structured modelling
- Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 (beyond basic flowcharts)
- Working knowledge of at least one additional standardsuch as UML, DMN, or CMMN
- Experience using tools like Camunda,Bizagi, Sparx EA, Signavio, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent writtenand spoken English
Nice to Have
- Experience with capabilitymapping (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Exposure to BPMS or low-codeplatforms (Camunda, Pega, Appian)
- Certifications such as CBAP, OCEB2, or similar
