Role Overview
The Regional Business Analyst will be deployed at the client location and act as a key support
resource for SWIFT. The role focuses on system support, reporting, analysis, training, and
stakeholder coordination to enable effective operations and decision-making across regional
Locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day support of SWIFT, ensuring smooth usage, vehicle
tracking and tracing, and timely resolution of user or system-related issues.
- Assist plant teams and the regional office with all required operational, MIS, and performance
reports to support monitoring, reviews, and business decision-making.
- Provide consistent and structured training to plant and regional teams on SWIFT to improve
adoption, feature utilization, and the ability to independently address operational challenges.
- Support plant teams in analyzing operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and
opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with plant teams, regional stakeholders, and internal teams to align requirements,
manage expectations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify gaps in usage, recommend process improvements, and support continuous
enhancement of SWIFT effectiveness across locations.
Experience
- Total Experience: Minimum 2–3 years
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations Support, MIS Reporting, or Client Coordination roles.
- Proven experience in handling stakeholder coordination, operational analysis, reporting, and user support activities.
- Exposure to logistics, telematics, IoT, fleet management, or supply chain domains will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct user training sessions and drive process improvements across teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical , Civil , Electrical , Production , Material )
