Role : Business Analyst
Exp: 3 to 5 Years
Location : Hyderabad ( T-Hub)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to work with customers to understand their business processes, document requirements, and support the implementation of automation solutions.
The Business Analyst will work closely with customers, product teams, and implementation teams to analyze business workflows and help design solutions using the AutomatR automation platform.
This role involves requirement gathering, process documentation, solution coordination, and delivery support for automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to analyze business processes.
- Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Process Analysis
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.
- Create process flows, diagrams, and requirement documentation.
Solution Coordination
- Work with product and implementation teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support the design of automation workflows using the AutomatR platform.
- Help identify integrations with existing enterprise systems.
Documentation
- Prepare and maintain documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specifications
- Process Documentation
- Workflow diagrams
Delivery Support
- Coordinate with development and implementation teams during project delivery.
- Track project milestones and support timeline planning.
- Participate in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a bridge between customers, product teams, and implementation teams.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.

Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst
- Experience working on enterprise applications or digital transformation projects
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Exposure to any of the following is an advantage:
- Automation / RPA tools
- Workflow automation platforms
- OCR or document processing solutions
- Enterprise system integrations
- AI or intelligent automation projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Information Systems
- Business / Technology
