Role : Business Analyst -Automation
Exp: 3 to 5 Years
Location : Hyderabad ( T-Hub)
About the Role:
We are looking for an Business Analyst- Automation (3–5 years experience) who can work closely with customers to understand their business processes and design automation solutions using the AutomatR platform.
Unlike traditional software development roles, this position focuses on designing automation solutions using existing capabilities such as RPA bots, AI agents, document intelligence, and workflow automation rather than building custom software from scratch.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Discovery & Requirement Analysis
- Engage with customers to understand business processes and operational challenges.
- Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Document current (As-Is) processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Analyze workflows and determine feasibility for automation.
Automation Solution Design
- Design automation solutions using the AutomatR platform, including:
- RPA bots
- Workflow automation
- AI agents
- Document intelligence (OCR)
- Enterprise system integrations
- Translate business requirements into automation workflows and solution designs.
- Identify system dependencies, triggers, and integration points.
Documentation
- Create and maintain automation documentation including:
- Process Design Documents (PDD)
- Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Functional specifications
- Process maps and workflow diagrams
- Ensure documentation is clear for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Implementation Coordination
- Work closely with automation developers, AI engineers, and product teams to implement solutions.
- Define implementation timelines and delivery milestones.
- Track progress and ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Testing & Validation
- Support automation testing and validation.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
- Ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivered solutions.

Automation Knowledge (Preferred)
Experience or exposure to one or more of the following:
- RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar)
- Workflow automation platforms
- OCR / Document processing solutions
- API integrations and enterprise systems
Technical Understanding
This is not a coding role, but candidates should understand:
- System integrations
- APIs and enterprise applications
- Automation workflows and orchestration
- Basic understanding of AI or document automation
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in one or more roles:
- Business Analyst
- Automation Analyst
- RPA Consultant
- Process Analyst
- Automation Consultant
- Experience in automation or digital transformation projects is strongly preferred.
EducationBachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Information Systems
- Business / Technology
