Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst, based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, analyze data, and recommend actionable solutions to meet organizational goals. Tasks include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, and supporting project implementations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess complex data for decision-making
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and experience in understanding workflows and business objectives
- Excellent Communication skills with proficiency in collaborating across teams and presenting insights effectively
- Experience in mapping and redefining Business Processes and enhancing operational efficiency
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document Business Requirements for successful project delivery
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Knowledge of industry tools for business process mapping and requirement gathering is preferred
