Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating business processes for improvement opportunities, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear communication to key stakeholders, and providing actionable insights to drive business results.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve business processes
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis, including the ability to identify, document, and implement business requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Experience with analyzing and optimizing Business Processes
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
