Business Analyst- Mumbai
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional Excel skills to turn raw data into powerful insights. If you love building models, automating reports, and using Excel as your playground for problem‑solving, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
· Build and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
· Use pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and VBA to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
· Partner with business teams to translate requirements into clear, data‑driven solutions.
· Create dashboards and reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
· Identify process gaps and propose improvements backed by data.
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field.
· Around1.5 to 3 plus years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
· Expert‑level Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, VBA scripting.
· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Good communication skills to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
· Bonus: Knowledge of SQL or Power BI/Tableau for extended analytics.
