Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Manora. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing actionable insights to enhance organizational efficiency. This role will require close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and opportunities are identified. The Business Analyst will also support strategic decision-making by providing detailed data analysis and effective communication of recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of business processes
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
- Experience in defining Business Requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
- Proficiency with relevant analysis tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis are an added advantage
