About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5-8 years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years working on eCommerce or digital commerce platforms, to help translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to analyse requirements, design user journeys, and support successful product delivery. This role requires strong capabilities in requirement analysis, user flow mapping, wireframing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Perform requirement analysis and gap analysis
- Create end-to-end user flows and user journey maps
- Develop wireframes and workflow diagrams to support product design
- Prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, FRD, PRD, and user stories
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, engineering, QA, and other functional teams
- Participate in Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital commerce projects
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and gap analysis
- Demonstrated experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and requirement documentation for live digital products or platform features
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience working closely with product and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, and Visio
