Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency / blockchain / AI domain. The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner who can quickly understand business requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the crypto/blockchain space
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Assist in product development lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, and release support
- Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Exposure to the crypto/blockchain domain (preferred, not mandatory)
Exposure to the AI domain (preferred, not mandatory)
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems is a plus
Basic understanding of Vibe Coding ecosystems is a plus
Ability to create clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
Experience in market research and user research to drive data-backed decisions
Proficiency in designing user flows and journey maps
Ability to create basic architectural diagrams (system flows, data flow diagrams, etc.)
- Experience in developing wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
