Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for our AI-driven products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working in technology or AI-focused environments, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights and requirements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and successful delivery of impactful solutions
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Break down complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable insights.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and support solution design aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Define key metrics, track performance, and generate reports/dashboards to monitor business outcomes.
- Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation where applicable.
Solution Design and Delivery Support:
- Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Work with product and tech teams during development to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
- Ensure solutions delivered meet business needs and provide measurable value.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support product and business teams in refining features based on data insights and feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI and analytics, to suggest innovative approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or AI-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation practices.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Comfort with a hybrid working model, collaborating both onsite and remotely.
