Role Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to identify and drive automation opportunities for Aiwozo clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and providing actionable insights to implement AI and automation-led solutions using Aiwozo. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology implementation.
Qualifications
- Analyze Aiwozo clients’ business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document automation requirements.
- Prepare process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation design documents tailored to specific automation projects.
- Collaborate with Aiwozo technical teams to design solutions using Aiwozo Agentic AI platform.
- Ensure automation solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred educational qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in process mapping and automation tools like Aiwozo or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated and data-sensitive environment.
