About The Role
The Senior Workday Business Analyst at Tranzeal Incorporated plays a pivotal role in supporting our global HR and Talent Acquisition functions. This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Workday systems, particularly Workday Recruit and HR analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR system operations, troubleshooting issues, and developing insightful reports and dashboards that support strategic HR initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with HRIS, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR system functionality and continuous improvement of recruiting and HR analytics capabilities. Additionally, the Senior Workday Business Analyst will lead efforts in integrating AI-driven reporting tools and HR applications to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of experience in HR analytics and systems management, with a strong background in Workday and related modules. They should demonstrate proficiency in Workday Report Builder and analytics tools, along with hands-on experience with HR applications such as Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex HR data are essential. The candidate must have strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with API integrations and AI-driven analytics is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to contribute to innovative reporting solutions and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain daily HR and Talent Acquisition system operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Workday Recruit, hiring workflows, offers, and application processing to ensure timely resolutions.
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards within Workday to provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
- Manage HR support tickets efficiently through ServiceNow, prioritizing tasks and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Identify data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement data quality controls to maintain integrity and accuracy of HR data.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Support the integration of AI tools and applications such as Paradox, HiredScore, and LinkedIn to enhance reporting capabilities and automate routine tasks.
- Handle sensitive HR data with the highest level of confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data privacy policies and regulations.
