About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at LTM. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to implement Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Azure services. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring project deliverables align with strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work across PAN India LTIM locations, contributing to high-impact projects that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-14 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and Power Platform. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics D365 is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate experience in business process consulting, functional design specifications, and gap analysis. A solid technical background with the ability to develop technical design specifications and manage conference room pilots is essential. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory. Experience in conducting staff and user training, writing technical and user documentation, and managing project status communication with clients and management will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, creating detailed requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
- Design and review functional and technical specifications to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including Azure integration.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop 'to be' process models and technical design documents.
- Participate in conference room pilots, testing, and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff and end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Develop comprehensive technical and user documentation to support ongoing system use and maintenance.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
