About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and Power Platform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, designing functional specifications, and facilitating the successful implementation of D365 solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to bridge the gap between client needs and technological capabilities. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of projects across various LTIM locations PAN India.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-14 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and Power Platform. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365 are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate experience in business process consulting, functional and technical design, gap analysis, and technical documentation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables effectively. A background in Azure integration, process engineering, and conducting conference room pilots will be advantageous. Candidates must exhibit high levels of initiative, accountability, and logical thinking to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing to ensure clear understanding among all project stakeholders.
- Lead the analysis of business needs, researching potential solutions, and providing actionable process and technical recommendations to optimize client operations.
- Design and review functional specifications aligned with business objectives, ensuring they meet client requirements and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive technical design specifications and facilitate smooth Azure integrations with Microsoft D365.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes, recommending effective solutions for transformation.
- Manage and perform conference room pilots, coordinating with users and stakeholders to validate solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver staff and user training sessions, ensuring end-users are confident and proficient in utilizing new systems and processes.
- Produce detailed technical and user documentation to support ongoing system use and future upgrades.
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding project status, risks, and issues with clients and internal management to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language.
