About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients and technical teams, understanding and analyzing client business processes, and translating them into functional requirements for ERP systems. Your expertise will help ensure that our solutions align with client needs, optimize business operations, and facilitate seamless implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 6 years of experience working with ERP systems and business analysis. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Prior experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and client interaction is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze clients’ business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and mapping these processes to ERP functionalities.
- Gather, document, and validate client requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness for development and implementation teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including development, QA, and support, to facilitate smooth resolution of client queries, tickets, and change requests.
- Handle client interactions professionally, providing timely updates and solutions for functional issues or enhancements.
- Participate actively in requirement estimation, solution design, and testing phases, including pre and post go-live sanity testing.
- Assist in conducting solution change requests (CR) testing, and provide functional knowledge transfer (KT) to internal teams.
- Proactively identify potential issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Work within an Agile environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and delivering high-quality results within stipulated deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and communicate challenges or delays proactively to ensure project success.
