About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within our manufacturing domain. As a senior member of our Business Analysis team, you will provide expert advice, lead requirement gathering sessions, and coordinate various activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will help define detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements, and you will play a key role in process/data analysis, risk assessment, and project planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex projects, influence business strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. A solid understanding of ERP systems and business analysis methodologies is essential. You should possess excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of emerging technologies and a keen interest in applying innovative solutions will be highly valued. Technical proficiency in applications such as Power BI, along with experience in project control tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking, will be advantageous. A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of Business Analysts by providing professional guidance and expertise.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, reviewing existing documentation, and creating comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Facilitating workshops using proven techniques to elicit detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Ensuring complete requirement coverage through effective team collaboration and communication.
- Applying industry standards and methodologies to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Conducting needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis, modeling, and logical database design, particularly with relational databases.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, approach, and realistic planning, including quality, risk, and communication plans.
- Monitoring project activities against schedules and managing stakeholder engagement appropriately.
- Providing training and fostering competency development within the business analysis practice.
