Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and evaluating business requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, communicating insights effectively, and supporting the implementation of solutions to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills for assessing data and identifying trends or patterns
- Experience in Business Analysis and refining Business Processes
- Strong Communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Ability to elicit, document, and analyze Business Requirements
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
