Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Batchelor’s degree in Business Administration/Business management/ equivalent
- Should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working on government projects
- Experience in working on concept notes, proposals, presentations, PPRs. A multi-tasking personality is desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good writing skills
- Experience in conceptualisation of projects and project management in various sectors
- Should be highly motivated and flexible to work across the various sectors
- Should have experience as a Project Consultant or similar role in a consulting company
Responsibilities:
- Create concept notes, proposals and all pre-work required for the projects
- Manage end-to-end Project Management, including meetings, trainings, financial coordination, allocation of responsibilities, and tracking project progress.
- Meet clients in person to discuss on their requirements and propose specific solutions
- Create and deliver presentations to clients.
- Oversee and manage all documentation—from RFPs, pre-bid processes, bid submissions, to project acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed and effective research to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
