Duties
- Gather and analyze business requirements, working with clients and internal team to understand their needs and objectives.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for technology solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements.
- Conduct training and support for end-users, ensuring they are able to effectively use the technology solutions.
- Communicate with management to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Variance analysis
- Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and develop functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA and Gantt charts.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
