Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with UK Product Management and translate business needs into structured backlog items, ensuring smooth delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with UK Product Management
• Translate and enrich requirements into user stories/backlog items
• Ensure clarity and quality of requirements
• Collaborate with Delivery, Tech, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  
  

Experience Requirement

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Domain experience in Financial Services or Education
  
  

Key Expectations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation
  
  

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent (Mandatory)
  
  

Work Shift & Flexibility

• General Shift
• Flexibility to extend working hours by 2–4 hours in the evening
