Job Description – Business Analyst cum Project Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Project Manager with experience in financial services, preferably wealth management or asset management. The role involves managing business requirements, coordinating with technology and operations teams, and driving execution of business and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories).
- Coordinate with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams for project execution.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of internal projects, product enhancements, and process automation initiatives.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and closure.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
- Analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare MIS, project trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
- Work on onboarding, reporting, CRM, investment operations, and financial workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services operations.
- Exposure to wealth management, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, or asset management processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability.
- Strong execution and project management capability.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with fintech platforms, APIs, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Preferred Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, or asset management firms.
- MBA / Finance / Business Management background preferred.
- Strong communication presence with ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with minimal supervision.
