Job Description
Position: IT- Business Analyst
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed functional and non-functional requirements for IT projects.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.
System Analysis:
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Evaluate potential technology solutions to meet business requirements and address gaps.
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers.
Documentation:
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents, process flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
• Maintain clear and organized records of project-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business users, developers, and other technical teams to ensure effective communication.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Participate in testing efforts to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
Change Management:
• Assist in the development of change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and IT solutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the IT and business domains.
Skills:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT-related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
