Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – AR Process to drive finance transformation initiatives within Accounts Receivable. This role requires strong expertise in AR lifecycle processes, process re-engineering, and operating model optimization.
You will act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and automation-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end business analysis for Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- (Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Reporting)
- Drive process transformation and optimization initiatives
- Conduct current-state vs future-state analysis and identify automation opportunities
- Design and document processes using BPMN / process modelling tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
- Support Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and financial compliance standards
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives (RPA, ERP, workflow automation)
- Facilitate workshops and convert business requirements into functional specifications
- Track and improve AR KPIs (DSO, Aging, Cash Flow Efficiency)
Required Skills & Experience- 8-10 years of experience in Finance Operations / AR Transformation
- Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable lifecycle processes
- Proven experience in business analysis and process re-engineering
- Hands-on experience with BPMN, Visio, Signavio, ARIS
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent
- Certifications: CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, BPM
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Exposure to capital markets / credit risk / trade lifecycle
