Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Domain
Location: Mumbai
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Experience: 3–5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and convert manual processes into automated Alteryx workflows
- Understand existing workflows and transform them into scalable digital solutions
- Collaborate with clients and IT teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and manage prioritization
- Participate in squad meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Work with global teams and ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory standards, and internal policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Alteryx with experience in building complex workflows
- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle, especially Derivatives & Secured Financing Transactions (SFT)
- Experience with automation and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Teams, Visio
Desired Skills
- Experience working in Agile/Squad environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed analysis
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams
