Senior Business Analyst - AI COE

Senior Business Analyst is required to work for a global real estate organisation for their AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). This is a high-impact role driving transformation across global Finance & Accounting functions using AI, automation, and analytics.
You'll act as the bridge between business and technology - working closely with Finance stakeholders (AP, AR, FP&A, Accounting, P2P, O2C) to understand challenges at a root level and determine the right solution.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with global stakeholders (US, Europe, APAC) to identify and define business problems
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and root cause analysis
- Recommend the right solution approach (AI, RPA, analytics, process redesign, etc.)
- Produce high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
- Build business cases, ROI models, and cost-benefit analysis
- Partner with AI Architects, Program Managers, and Delivery teams to shape solutions
- Support transformation initiatives and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
Required Skills:
- 8-10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (tech-focused roles preferred)
- Strong domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting processes
- Experience in transformation, automation, or AI-driven projects
- Understanding of tools/technologies such as RPA, APIs, OCR, LLMs, analytics & BI
- Proven ability to create clear, structured requirements and manage UAT
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in global environments (US/EU/APAC)
