We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with AI & Automation background to identify business process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives by enabling scalable, efficient, and business-focused automation solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
▸ Conduct detailed business process assessments and gap analyses to identify automation opportunities across departments and functions.
▸ Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders; translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for AI and RPA solutions.
▸ Act as the primary bridge between business units and technical teams facilitating workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs throughout the project lifecycle.
▸ Develop and maintain BPMN process maps, workflow diagrams, and use-case documentation to support solution design and stakeholder alignment.
▸ Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI, GenAI, RPA, and document automation tools and platforms based on business requirements and cost-benefit analysis.
▸ Assess AI tool pricing, licensing models, and cloud-based LLM service options to support informed procurement and build-vs-buy decisions.
▸ Support the design and implementation of GenAI-driven workflows including prompt engineering strategies, LLM integration patterns, and human-in-the-loop processes.
▸ Track project progress, maintain backlog prioritisation in Jira, and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
▸ Develop training materials, process guides, and change management collateral to support smooth adoption of AI and automation solutions.
▸ Monitor post-deployment performance of automation solutions and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
▸ Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, GenAI, RPA, and intelligent automation bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the organisation.
Mandatory Requirements
· Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong understanding of business requirements. Must be aware of the latest AI tools and trends.
· Cloud-based LLM models and AI tool pricing/licensing models.
