Job Title: Business Analyst – (AI & RPA – Experience)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in AI and RPA initiatives, capable of identifying automation opportunities, translating business needs into intelligent automation solutions, and working closely with technology and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and RPA initiatives
- Identify and assess automation opportunities across business processes
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, PDD, SDD, and user stories
- Work closely with business users, AI/RPA developers, product owners, and solution architects
- Conduct process discovery workshops and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Support design and implementation of AI use cases such as NLP, OCR, ML, chatbots, and predictive analytics
- Collaborate on RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Ensure automation solutions align with business goals, scalability, and compliance requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
- Perform impact analysis and manage change requests for automation initiatives
- Support UAT by creating test scenarios and validating AI/RPA outcomes
- Track benefits realization including efficiency gains, cost savings, and accuracy improvements
- Act as a bridge between business, AI/RPA, QA, and IT teams throughout delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on AI and/or RPA projects
- Strong understanding of process automation and intelligent automation concepts
- Hands-on experience in requirement documentation and process mapping
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as OCR, NLP, ML models, chatbots, and decision engines
- Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Certification or training in RPA or AI technologies
- Experience in BFSI, Operations, Shared Services, or Digital Transformation projects
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations
