🚀 We're Hiring: Business Analyst (AI & Analytics) | Mumbai (WFO)

We’re looking for a confident, client-facing Business Analyst to join one of our clients in Mumbai (Thane).
📍 Location: Mumbai (Thane) – 5 days Work From Office
đź—“ Interview Process: 2 rounds (Face-to-Face, same day)
🔍 What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in a business-facing BA role
âś” Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
âś” Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
âś” Exposure to AI / Analytics projects (preferred)
âś” Confidence to interact with clients and business teams independently
💼 What you’ll do:
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and objectives
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements through discussions and workshops
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and tech teams
• Prepare presentations, reports, and functional documentation
• Support project planning, tracking, and risk management
• Contribute to presales activities and proposal building
• Be part of AI-led initiatives and innovative solution development
