Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of: Retail Banking / Corporate Banking; Digital Banking; Customer Onboarding; Customer Lifecycle Management; Core Banking Systems
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
