Job Description
Unified Web Services is a founder-led digital growth agency that turns complex ideas into products people love. We're looking for a Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to sit at the heart of our product process — working directly with our founders and development team to shape ideas into clear, buildable products.
If you love translating a rough brief into a sharp requirement, a wireframe, and a roadmap — this is your seat.
What you'll be doing
- Working closely with founders and stakeholders to understand and define product requirements
- Translating business needs into clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
- Creating wireframes and flows that guide design and development
- Collaborating hands-on with the development team through the build cycle
- Bridging the gap between business goals, user needs, and technical execution
- Keeping projects aligned, on-scope, and moving forward
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (product-focused preferred)
- Strong experience writing PRDs and building wireframes (Figma, Balsamiq, Whimsical, or similar)
- Ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements clearly
- Comfortable working directly with both founders and developers
- Solid grasp of the product development lifecycle
- Sharp communication and problem-solving skills

- 📍 Location: Chennai (Work from office)
- 🕚 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 🗓️ Working days: Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays
