About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to work closely with the Client Success team to analyze business processes, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. The role involves translating business problems into data insights and driving process improvements through analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track business KPIs and analyze the end-to-end data funnel to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and implement analytical requirements.
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Identify customer friction points and provide scalable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Streamline and automate data processes to improve efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives using data and analytics.
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business/Data Analytics.
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic to intermediate Python.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase or similar) and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of data warehousing and statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.).
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Team leading experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
